Now Amber is truly a fantastic resort with exceptional service and a beautiful beach. The staff is incredibly dedicated to providing a memorable experience, and the preferred lounge offered a great upgrade. However, one rude waiter impacted my experience, bringing down my overall satisfaction slightly. The hotel features numerous pools, and the beach is simply stunning, making it a wonderful venue for relaxation and enjoyment.

We had an amazing week-long stay at this resort, specially for our wedding celebration. The staff, especially Patricia the wedding coordinator, exceeded our expectations, making our wedding day perfect even with unexpected rain.
